Dr. Jeannie L. Callum is a Transfusion Medicine Specialist and Hematologist at Kingston Health Sciences Center and Professor in the Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine at Queen's University. She serves as the co-lead for the Canadian Transfusion Trials Group and the co-lead for the QUEST transfusion research program at the University of Toronto. She is also a Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at the University of Toronto. Her primary interests in transfusion medicine include clinical trials, blood utilization, guideline development, and knowledge translation.

Dr. Karkouti is the Chief of the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management for Sinai Health/University Health Network (UHN)/Women's College Hospital. He obtained his MD from the University of Toronto in 1990, followed by an Anesthesia residency and a Fellowship in Anesthesia at St. Michael's Hospital. He also holds a Master of Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research and Health Administration from the University of Toronto and completed the Rotman School of Medicine Leadership Program. Dr. Karkouti is cross appointed to the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation as well as the Interdepartmental Division of Critical Care Medicine.

Dr. Joshua Nicholas is an Anesthesiologist with specialized training in transfusion medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Calgary and a fellowship in Transfusion Medicine at Stanford University. His clinical interests include patient blood management and coagulopathy management in the perioperative setting.

Dr. Bryan Tordon is an adult Hematologist with specialized training in Transfusion Medicine. He completed his training in internal medicine and adult hematology at the University of Manitoba, followed by a fellowship in transfusion medicine at the University of Toronto. His professional interests include quality improvement and hemovigilance.
